Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management
I'm not clear on how to paste the password in - is there a menu on the Hub I need to open up?
And thanks for relaying this information!

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Don't give up. You must be doing something wrong. I have a Google Pixel 8. All you need to do when you are on settings is open your browser at the same time and login into your Microsoft account. Click on Security and then click or tap on Security dashboard and go way below where it says: "Create a password app". Copy and paste it and that's all. For old BlackBerries whether are OS 10 or Android I recommend IMAP. All the other Androids whatever you wish but keep your 2FA off just in case even though there was an update and it won't be necessary. THE MATTER IS RESOLVE. It wasn't BlackBerry but Microsoft new authentication system. Microsoft has contacted BlackBerry and that's the solution. P.S. For every App or device you must refresh or log into Microsoft account to create the password. The password you used one time for a device or app won't be the same for next one. Good luck

Well, personally I'm close to just binning Hub+, I've just paid this month's subscription, if there is no improvement when the next sub is due, I'll cancel it.
I've tried using the native Samsung mail app, and that works fine! However, I really like the option of deleting emails from my phone, but leaving them on the server, which as far as I'm aware, is only available in Hub+.
I'm aware that this situation is due to changes made by MS, but Blackberry have been extremely reticent; I've emailed their support a number of times and never had a reply. It would seem that Blackberry will need to update Hub+ and judging by their reactions to this problem so far, I'm not sure they are that bothered.
I opened another support ticket with Blackberry. They suggested a workaround but I was clear with them that it would not be a permanent fix. I was told their developers are looking into the issue and they know about OAuth however there is no ETA on an update. I'd suggest everyone flood them with support tickets...

You need to have a valid subscription to Hub for them to respond.
