Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

And I forgot to mention that on my device this authentication error has only happened with my free .live account and has never happened with my paid Microsoft Exchange account. So is this really a BlackBerry issue?

I really think the issue is with Microsoft and not BlackBerry. Although Blackberry does need to do some updating. I switched back to ActiveSync from IMAP again after the authentication error came back on IMAP and now it's been working fine for several days. I originally had the authentication error using ActiveSync. If it is a BlackBerry problem how can it possibly work for several days when it has to authenticate many times per day? And again this is using a .live account with 2FA using the onetime MS password....

I agree, too annoying. Is there a way to deactivate the notification pop ups for a single account? Without deleting the whole email account?

Same here... Was working good using IMAP with MS password, and now getting authentication errors... As it did using ActiveSync prior. Using a .live account...
