Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

No, only mail. I don't use this account for work.

The situation has changed. I had to reset my password and when I did so then I could go the IMAP way and use the settings specified in the Microsoft website. Everything works now except that I get duplicate messages in my hub when I send through the Hotmail account, but the recipient only gets one message so it's an annoyance but no big deal (the suggestions for avoiding this do not work because I cannot figure out how to disable Outlook saving the sent messages from the server).

    hi!

I have an S22+ Android/Samsung, so I will perhaps try the steps you mentioned above. Do your contact and calendar items sync?

thank you for that info. Unfortunately for me and my S22+ Android/Samsung it is not working at all and really messing up my hub in general. I have all the same settings you mentioned as the default settings and I removed my device on the laptop from the settings page that you noted, but still not working. I do get my emails but as soon as I open one or delete one the whole Blackberry hub stops working until a period of time. Also my contacts are not updating either.
