Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Lucky You. Thanks for information. It is all like You described on my other phone where I didn't recreated ActiveSync account. But after deleted the account on my two phones I just can't add it anymore. And one phone is brand new Sony with all factory stuff and other is an old Blackberry Key2.

Installed Outlook for Android into Blackberry, no Outlook account on Accounts.

So much trouble for something which worked fine for about last 20 years. Maybe it is time to let go

Thank You for that information. I should try to install Outlook app to get my Outlook account data back into Android phone. I have also all my mail, contacts and calendars on Outlook account since Microsoft released Outlook and until 24.January it all worked well on phones.
