'New Outlook' - how to save sent emails in a different folder instead of Sent folder

I have multiple subfolders for each of my projects. When I'm sending an email in my previous outlook, I was able to assign my email to a different subfolder than 'Sent Items' before I sent the email. I now don't see that as an option. How can I do this in the new Outlook?

    If you start a new message, then click on the "Options" tab in the new message, there is a "Save Sent Item To" drop down menu, which would allow you to save the sent item where you choose. But it's clunky if you have a large set of folders and subfolders to navigate through.

    Nope. On my side "Save Sent Item To" isn't in the Option tab.

    Maybe it's the version of Outlook you're running. Mine is a corporate Office 365

    I also don't have the Save Sent Item To as an option in the toolbar:

    Clicking on the More options in the tool bar just gets me this (was hoping the save to was there - argh!!!)

    Outlook Version is:

    Tracy,

    apologies, we must just have different versions :(

    Have you tried the "Reply" work around, if you set the option to save replies in the folder sent from if it's not the Inbox?

    This only works in Old Outlook. This whole thread is about the option to save replies in the folder sent from being missing in New Outlook.
