I have multiple subfolders for each of my projects. When I'm sending an email in my previous outlook, I was able to assign my email to a different subfolder than 'Sent Items' before I sent the email. I now don't see that as an option. How can I do this in the new Outlook?

cannot belive this reduction to a minimum of functionality. Also have to migrate back to classic Outlook. The lack of such important functionality is inacceptable
Has anyone had any response from Microsoft on this missing functionality? I've not even been able to see it in the roadmap.

I have tried to do this with rules, but have been unsuccessful. I've tried a couple different ways, but here is my current attempt (hoping the image comes thru) but just in case:
NAME: mail from me
ADD A CONDITION
Sender address includes ******@work.com (but i did use the real one)
ADD AN ACTION
Move to Inbox
Stop processing more rules
Dave, you can roll back to the “good old version” of Outlook. It might require making changes to the registry. Hopefully you have admin rights on your machine. I also cannot do without folders.
Thanks, yes, I know I could and am seriously thinking I should as I find more and more functions not available in so called NEW Outlook. Thanks again
