Stuck on robot verification complete

Hi. I am trying to change my account password as I was unable to log in.

I complete the robot verification but stuck on verification complete screen as it does not redirect to the next screen. I am unable to get past this.

Tried different devices/networks/browsers. The account recovery is completely useless.

Nothing I can do.

Need help with this.

    This is so bad of Microsoft to let this happen, it has affected my business and cost me money. It needs to be in the papers!

    I'm also affected by this too was told by Microsoft this Is a safer way over you're account.... now I beg to differ.... I use my account for xbox so I'm extremely worried about losing the 2000 games that I own and also the 700 films I also own due to the limitation of their own fault. Well done Microsoft you must be so proud!

    I am locked out of my main outlook account, can't change anything in my other two accounts but since I have my main mail account on my phone I can still receive emails but only to disappear two seconds latter. NOW I WAS TOLD THAT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK HAS LOCKED MY ACCOUNT TO HELP ME STOP HACKERS ? WHY IS EMAIL STILL BEING SENT TO ME THEN FOR TWO SECONDS ON MY PHONE.

    It has made me better at screen shots i can tell you.

    NOW WHEN WILL ANY ONE AT MICROSOFT PLEASE RESPOND.

    Fixed for me. I just got a code in my phone and regain acces in my email address.
