Stuck on robot verification complete

Hi. I am trying to change my account password as I was unable to log in.

I complete the robot verification but stuck on verification complete screen as it does not redirect to the next screen. I am unable to get past this.

Tried different devices/networks/browsers. The account recovery is completely useless.

Nothing I can do.

Need help with this.

Works again but I now had to do 10 of these pointing 3d models in the right direction thing and I failed it a few times, at least it works now great work M$

Hi everyone,

As mention above by someone else, it seems to be fixed.

I was locked out for 2 days after trying to reset with no code sent to my phone and a freeze on the screen once it hit verification complete.

It now sends me a code to my mobile number.

Hope you guys all have the same success.

Shame that it took 5 days for Microsoft to fix this issue considering how many people were having the same issue.
