cox has transferred their email to yahoo, now outlook will not accept the email account how do you connect

All settings are blank the bad thing is all mail goes to "Bulk" folder created by yahoo and links and functionality have been disabled.

So when I move it to the inbox none of my rules in Outlook are followed. Tried to call yahoo using premium service and the first thing they said was a ad for medical devices RIP OFF I hung up If they would give me everything in MY inbox for outlook I would be happy.

The steps in the video worked perfectly. If you have problems. I suggest that you first change your password with Cox and then go through the steps. That's what I had to do to get it working with my iPhone.

I can now access Cox mail through Yahoo on Outlook for Mac. Thank you.

Outlook is downloading all my emails BUT numerous times a day all my emails disappear with the message "done for the day", and then they start downloading again. Does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

I also can't sent emails from my iPad and my iPhone using Apple's mail. I can deal with that for the time being.

Generate app password on Yahoo site to use with Outlook instead of the regular password worked for me. Thanks!

So I was able to set up outlook to work. However, Yahoo stole all of my folders and now none of the folders are in my outlook account. how do I get them back?????
