cox has transferred their email to yahoo, now outlook will not accept the email account how do you connect

Make a new copy in yahoo of each folder and take the mail from old folder and put into new. They will then show in outlook.
That part I did and it worked, what didn't work is that none of the folders that I had recreated in Outlook, It looks like it just created the account as new without any folders. The folders are in the yahoo web version, just not in the outlook set up.
You must log into yahoo mail using your old cox.net and that password.
Once in you must go to account and look for other email client find it and type in outlook
it will give you a unique password copy that password to your outlook account then outlook will work

Is a different app password required for each cox.net email address that I have? I still can't get it to work for even one email address.
