cox has transferred their email to yahoo, now outlook will not accept the email account how do you connect

You must log into yahoo mail using your old cox.net and that password.
Once in you must go to account and look for other email client find it and type in outlook
it will give you a unique password copy that password to your outlook account then outlook will work

Is a different app password required for each cox.net email address that I have? I still can't get it to work for even one email address.
I tried both and no luck, I had maybe 2 emails show up (random ones) the bulk of them did not sync.

Yes make new folders or copies of the old folders and put the emails in them. They will then appear in outlook.
