cox has transferred their email to yahoo, now outlook will not accept the email account how do you connect

It was a pain to figure it out, it finally worked with Outlook 2013. Now the only issue I am having is all of the sub folders I had did not reload and are missing. Anyone have any tips on getting them back?
They can be seen in the Yahoo web mail stil, just not in my Outlook.
Do use the unique password once or always?
Make copies of the folders. Make a new folder and copy the emails into them
So I was able to set up outlook to work. However, Yahoo stole all of my folders and now none of the folders are in my outlook account. how do I get them back?????
Generate app password on Yahoo site to use with Outlook instead of the regular password worked for me. Thanks!
