Hello MS-Team,
I Installed a new outlook for the user by clicking on "try new outlook feature", and after installing the new outlook she could not use drag and drop feature and she does not want to download all of the content because she works with a large number of invoices and reports.

The issues at hand are:
Can’t drag and drop attachments from an email to a folder.
Can’t drag and drop emails to folder to save them in the SharePoint.

I agree, customer service is not Microsoft's strong suit
Ignoring such a basic and necessary attribute shows that they are more concerned with copying Apple's appearance, but are forgetting to maintain the quality already copied from them.
I don't think they want to fix it, for some reason, Anna. It's well over 12 months that we have been complaining to Microsoft, and still, nothing has been done. I have try from time to time, still won't work. I will use the old version until they fix it.
As you said the main problem is Drag and Drop to Apps or Webpages.

or another Idea in that direction.
From desktop it works, but from Outlook to Salesforce not
Can you please mention which outlook version you are using currently where this issue is resolved
