Hi,

I am locked out of my Hotmail account having forgotten my password.

I have set up this new account but been unable unlock my old email account using the recovery form.

How can I get a person to help me? - I've not found a way to contact Microsoft by phone or email.

I am trying to contact you guys but I keep going round and round to the self-help without actually getting info to email you directly. My main account is locked out for reasons that make zero sense and password reset didnt work. I need access to my Onedrive.
