Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
Oh, sorry I thought I was contacting the help desk. Don't know where you got 'allowed to be targeted' from, it's not in my message.

In the past 2 hours alone, I have received at least a dozen spam emails written in random words. For example “isnt a said tone Then it level in very he possible 54 u443 hkother” They are coming from apparent one-off gmail, live, hotmail, and other accounts. And the so-called junk filters are catching NONE of them. I get most of my email on mobile devices, so I’m not using the desktop Outlook app, and thus I can’t adjust the level of spam filtering. To be honest, I pay for Microsoft 365 and I find it ridiculous that (A) the default outlook.com spam filters are not catching them, and (B) I can’t adjust the spam filter so it does catch them. Microsoft, quit dinking around with AI on Bing and put it to work in your own spam filters!

My technology??? I don't own Microsoft, nor do I work for them. What do you mean by "allowed to be targeted"??? You sound like someone who does not understand technology.
The sad irony is that Microsoft literally buys in on AI to add it to their products, and yet when AI bots exploit the ability to sent massive spam, MS is unable to use AI to properly flag those emails as junk.
Well the fact that microsoft allowed peoples emails to be targeted in the first place shows you their technology is useless.
I get 40 to 50 a day. I regularly block, report as spam and have set rules and they do not help. This does not happen in my gmail account. I too am thinking about scraping my microsoft email account. I do not want the junk and microsoft is unable to filter them out, block them and their rules are useless. I have had this account for over 15+ years and it's getting worse and worse. Also, I have noticed that this account is slow, probably from al the **** they allow.
