I have Windows 11, Office 365 and use the Outlook desktop app for my email. The app has stopped working. When I click to open the little circle starts spinning for about 10 seconds then nothing happens

I started having the same problem a few months ago on my W11. It's been occurring about once a week. I've been using the suggestion to right-click Start > Installed apps then located Outlook and selected the repair option. This had worked previously but not today. Thank you for this suggestion. It worked for me. Now, if only the problem will stop reoccurring.

I could not open my Outlook (New) either and tried all the advises but none worked. Then my daughter suggested, why not do a system restore, which I did and it did solve my problem, so as easy as that. I wish I would have done this in the first place as I wasted a lot of time to try all the suggestions.
This does not work. Nothing happens (tried 3x)
