I have Windows 11, Office 365 and use the Outlook desktop app for my email. The app has stopped working. When I click to open the little circle starts spinning for about 10 seconds then nothing happens

Everything on the computer works except Outlook. When I attempt to open Outlook it sems to be trying to open but after 10 seconds or so nothing happens.
If you are an IT person trying to help people fix this issue but they do not want to go into task manager and kill it, create a script running the command "TASKKILL /F /IM outlook.exe" and place the script on their Desktop. This makes it much easier for less savvy users to resolve their problem. Until Microsoft decides to do something, this is a great workaround

My problem is different. I can open all emails on my laprop and pc except when I try topen any that have been saved.
On the pc trying to open results in me being shown an account email that I don't recognise and which, when I click forgotten my Password, produces no result just some technical and meaningless statement. So much fir Microsoft Support.!

Since the recent update of win 10 my MS Office Outlook 2007 will only open briefly then crashes.
I have tried numerous methods suggested to fix/repair this, run trouble shooters and diagnostics
but nothing has worked and I need my email working properly asap.
Please help.

i have followed your instructikons but i still can not open my outlook email. this happend the other day and the following day it was working. i need my email urgently today and can ou help me to get it going is there a help line by telephone
