I have Windows 11, Office 365 and use the Outlook desktop app for my email. The app has stopped working. When I click to open the little circle starts spinning for about 10 seconds then nothing happens

Hi,
Since the recent update of win 10 my MS Office Outlook 2007 will only open briefly then crashes.
I have tried numerous methods suggested to fix/repair this, run trouble shooters and diagnostics
but nothing has worked and I need my email working properly asap.

I was able to fix my original problem.
Nothing works, when I try to open it, it goes into background processes only and won't open. When I close that background process and try to open it again, it opens the background process again!
Having the same problem with phonelink. I enjoyed the apps for 5 whole days before they quit.
