My desktop outlook app will not open

I have Windows 11, Office 365 and use the Outlook desktop app for my email. The app has stopped working. When I click to open the little circle starts spinning for about 10 seconds then nothing happens

    I am having the same issue and I am tired of this with windows. You guys think you are making things better and you are not. My outlook should not quit working after 2 years on the same computer. All of you with answers haven't used a computer as long as I have and it's like a kid who just can't keep their hands out of other peoples things. I am sick of it. If I didn't have 30 years of stuff on my computer, I would switch to Linux
