I often have to send alot of the same email, but slightly different variations. In the old outlook, I would go to my Drafts and CTRL + C and then CTRL + V to make multiple copies of the same draft email.
I am not able to do this in the New Outlook 365. Is there a workaround or new way to do this?

Only work-around that works for me.
Save the email in Drafts, then click on it to highlight it, then CTRL+C and CTRL+V
In this way we can create as many copies of the original email as we want and then send them out one at a time
Starting from the Drafts folder create a subfolder, then drag a draft email into this folder. Select the email, right click mouse, and copy this email to the same folder, this creates another copy.
I had the thought that to achieve the same purpose as copying draft emails as I currently do on a daily basis (retains email content AND distribution list), I could work round this by selecting a previously-sent email and Resending.
But NO ... it seems that this function has also been removed in the new version of Outlook. Consequently, I'm still working on the old version.
To compound matters further, I've now read that Microsoft are to retire the old version of Outlook starting very soon (July 2024).
This is going to SERIOUSLY affect my productivity and will make many tasks I carry out daily IMPOSSIBLE. Why the h*ll are Microsoft doing this??? This will affect MANY corporate users globally and is going to cause a lot of upset amongst the customer base.
Please get this sorted Microsoft!! Bring back the copy & paste function for Draft emails and the Resend function!!
Agreed - return the Ctrl+F feature - it is essential
I can't believe this question has been open since 12/2023 and we're still waiting for an update. Please return this functionality!
I agree with all of the other replies, I will not be upgrading to the new outlook until I can easily duplicate a draft email.
