How do I make a copy of the same draft email the new Outlook?

I often have to send alot of the same email, but slightly different variations. In the old outlook, I would go to my Drafts and CTRL + C and then CTRL + V to make multiple copies of the same draft email.

I am not able to do this in the New Outlook 365. Is there a workaround or new way to do this?

I had the same question, and I found something that works well for me:

I go to my email draft (whatever it might be).

At the top right I hit the little options button/the three dots (...)

I go down to Save As...

Save it as an Email Message.

Then I go to where I saved that file (usually on my PC), and then open it over and over again,

This way, I get multiple copies of the draft to open; same subject line, text body, attachments, formatting, links, etc. though it doesn't carry contacts/to/from over.

    Hope this helps.

THANK YOU! This is the best solution I've seen thus far.

There is no Forward option for Mac Outlook users. It's greyed out.

(The Mac version of outlook is sub-functional in a lot of ways. Second-class citizen, here.)

For some reason this Community site will not let me upload a tiny JPG. Says "File failed to upload." Sigh.

Ctrl-F was never an option for me as it doesn't copy the To and CC contents, just the contents of the email. I've been given a workaround to revert to the previous version of Outlook. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked on my company laptop. Posting here in case anyone's setup is the same ...

    1. Close the new version of Outlook
    2. Click Start and type Outlook. Click on the first icon you see that comes up. You should receive an error message stating that the file to which the shortcut points doesn't exist. Click on the Yes prompt to delete the shortcut.
    3. Again click Start and type Outlook. Click on the first icon that comes up & this should open the previous version of Outlook. Pin to taskbar if needed.

I noticed the resend option is there now, not the same as control+f but better than the forward workaround.
