OwaFV15.1ALLFocused etc.

Dear Microsoft,

 I have written in the past regarding nine escalation support problems, sent in documentation to your company concerning these issues which, are still happening today? I have contacted my internet carrier on multiple occasions regarding the interference in my data.  All sorts of suspicious activities are going on in my email and computer software, some were sent to your company for review.  As of February 14, 2024, I was met with my emails in outlook being removed for some reason?  Today, I received an email telling me that my Outlook  is at risk for being deleted, but once I ran a McAfee scan there was NO apparent problems. I am fully aware of people trying to sabotage my information for their own capital gains, as well as spying on my proprietary data and the like, scamming my business and software to get my information.  All happening to frequently via Microsoft’s platform. The time changes, use of one drive constantly being finagled, one drive not being accessible unless, I sign in constantly or sync.  Basically, I am being locked out of my data stored in your device and email platform if I don’t use one drive.  The fact that Microsoft has the access to remove emails is extremely disturbing. Cyber attacks etc.?  How is it your company can make changes to individuals’ information, take control of peoples’ data on a whim without any viable explanations that makes sense? These issues must be addressed immediately.  As your public reasoning behind this problem and stance in the world that uses your platform again, is very disturbing to say the least.  Every email removed from my email address must be returned and retrieved asap in the same form it was taken.  Your company is a trillion dollar company and should have a capable systematic approach to IT issues and monitoring such activity.  Microsoft certainly shouldn’t have the issues others’ and I who own and use your devices and platforms are experiencing today.  It just doesn’t make sense.  Please clarify.

If this is a permanent change. You need to immediately fire whoever is in charge of updates for this app. This is one of the worst changes I ever seen in any app on planet Earth. Aliens will no longer come to Earth due to the stupidly of this change. (if its permanent)

Another Microsoft screw-up. They continually push out updates without testing and debugging them, relying on end users to do the beta testing that they can't be bothered with because they have SO many other important things to do. Eventually they'll push out a fix for this but the solution may be worse than the problem. Having to manually move the 98 e-mails that used to be in my Focused folder back to that folder is something I simply won't do.

Hi. Last night when I was using my Outlook mail it suddenly created two new files, e.g. OwaFV15.1ALLFocused etc. It then seemed to put my last few months emails into these folders (one being the replacement for 'focused' and the other one for 'other'. Looking online I can see a brief question/discussion about this in the last few hours so I assume this is a new problem. How do I stop this happening, and why did it happen? Is it sinister? Any help gratefully received, thank you!

Noticed the same here in AU when i opened my computer this morning on the 15/02/24.

Also noticed that there were new updates installed in this time period.

Couldn't work out what it was all about.

(Could it be the transition to the NEW OUTLOOK that Microsoft is pushing???)

All i know is that it has something to do with Outlook as it starts with the : OwaFV15.1ALLFOCUSED

Big mistake i did was deleting it.

All my e-mails were gone.

At that point the only option i had was Uninstalling mail.

Which i did.

Then went back to the Microsoft Store and re-installed it.

E-Mails were back.

"BUT" note, .... So is the OwaFV15.1ALLFocused when open the More under Folders.

The side pane opens called "ALL FOLDERS" and i see the OwaFV15.1ALLFOCUSED between the Junk and Support Folders.

Wish Microsoft would inform us if this is a play on their behalf.
