The latest fix for this OwaFV15.1AllFocused folder issue is in Office build 16.0.17530.15010 and higher.

The fix has not made it to any production builds yet, you can check this site to see when a build with the fix makes it into the Office update channel you’re using.

This fix has made it to the most recent Beta channel release however. Beta is unsupported but is intended for testing purposes, so you have the option to test the fix now if you so choose.

I don’t have an ETA on when the fix will make it to production, but since it is currently in Beta I would expect it to be in Current Channel fairly soon if testing continues to go well.

What is the client you are using e.g. Mac Outlook, Windows Mail, etc? The main updates I see are for Mac Outlook. If that is your client the best chance to see it fixed sooner is to get on Beta Channel, Join the Microsoft 365 Insider Program. There is fix work being done it appears in the client and service. It is noted for Mac Outlook to first see this work to be on Beta Channel. I'm not clear if that change made it to Beta yet but it should be soon if not.

What is the update here?

This is very frustrating, whenever I open Outlook, after I click an email, before I even have time to read the email my emails move to and from the OwaFV15. inbox and back to my normal inbox. I then have to mark the email as unread to give myself time to try and read the email and then it moves around again. It's hard to manage my work and the risk of me missing important emails is very high.

The same has happened to me, so I have to search in my usual Inbox, which now has only a limited number of emails, also in OwaAll Focused and OwaAll Other. I am absolutely fed up with it! How do I get rid of it without losing emails?

I do not currently see the folders today in my outlook email. However, I do have media presence continually popping up daily on my LENOVO computer with a screen showing media present checking start PXE over IPV4 on MAC etc, etc, etc. The problem here is I shouldn't be seeing any of this as a consumer of Microsoft. The company has billions of dollars in wealth and the privacies and protections of the consumer, business or otherwise should be of the highest priority making certain these incidents are not frequent, worldwide and minimum to say the least. I think Microsoft is a great company and should work with me on a few technology projects to help, assist, and fix some of these problems.
