Hi. Last night when I was using my Outlook mail it suddenly created two new files, e.g. OwaFV15.1ALLFocused etc. It then seemed to put my last few months emails into these folders (one being the replacement for 'focused' and the other one for 'other'. Looking online I can see a brief question/discussion about this in the last few hours so I assume this is a new problem. How do I stop this happening, and why did it happen? Is it sinister? Any help gratefully received, thank you!

Ik heb nog steeds hetzelfde probleem, ik moet jongleren met de versie van Outlook op mijn pc die gesynchroniseerd is met mijn pc, en de directe online messaging, het is vervelend !

My inbox has nowhere near 1000 emails, so thats not the issue in my experience.
These folders don't appear on the online version and only on one of my mobile devices and not the other ? both android.
Reload the app maybe?
The issue with this is that a new folder have been created due to the mailbox only allowing 1000 emails to be in the inbox and then all other mail goes back and forth with the inbox depending on what you are trying to search for.

I have turned off focused and the folder is still there and it seems like there is not way to remove this safely.
It works perfectly fine on outlook online (OWA) but Mobile, Mac outlook legacy and new are affected now. Mobile is affected due to mac outlook causing the issue.
The issue just appeared one day and I have also used a new mac and the issue was still there so seems like an issue with Mac outlook as it was replicated on a new mac.
What hasn't been tried so far:
* Used outlook on a windows
* Deleting the folder and seeing if that will fix the issue
Yes, there are two of them every time you go to your mail.
