Hi. Last night when I was using my Outlook mail it suddenly created two new files, e.g. OwaFV15.1ALLFocused etc. It then seemed to put my last few months emails into these folders (one being the replacement for 'focused' and the other one for 'other'. Looking online I can see a brief question/discussion about this in the last few hours so I assume this is a new problem. How do I stop this happening, and why did it happen? Is it sinister? Any help gratefully received, thank you!

The problem is not in the Outlook app. to the client. We reproduced the same directories on a new system, cleanly installed in the client's Office365 account. It is not dependent on the version of the client, it is both in legacy and in the new outlook, such as 16.82 and 16.84 (for mac) Both the normal channel, preview and beta - the same everywhere. The problem is in the data on the exchange. It doesn't show up in the online client. The strange behavior is that the folder gradually fills up with approximately 250 mails and after pressing the sort button, the mails jump to the older date, it flashes for a while and finally the folder is empty again, until the sort button in the upper right corner of the folder is touched.

Microsoft have gone quiet again and waiting for this issue to be fixed
Don't get your hopes up, I fear this problem will never be resolved, as I understand it, Windows live mail and the old Outlook are no longer supported, we will have to move over to the new Outlook and hope Microsoft will eventually enable a linked inbox there!

It also created two new folder on my mac with the name starting with OwaFV15, it is very annoying to search for any email and as soon as I try to read any new email, when I open it it push that mail to one of the new folder.Tried a lot to resolve this but still cannot , please help!
