I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

Germany, Wednesday, 27th of March
I've just tested this with one of my colleagues who is working with Moder Outlook only.
Switched back to Legacy - working without issues
Noticed that he's using Version 16.83.2 (not installed via App Store)
Checked App Store - Upgrade is available
Updated to latest Outlook Version
Still no sync possible - last Sync was March, 22nd 6:41pm
This seems to be not only a server side issue but also a mailbox issue as well I guess.
SAME HERE SAME PROBLEM: 6TH DAY WITHOUT ACCESS TO OUTLOOK LEGACY AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM MICROSOFT
Mac OS 14.4.1
Outlook 16.83.2
and nothing works on tue at 23.20 CET. Still the same problem since friday. It's time to advertise this Microsoft poor performance on social media.
