Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Indeed for some happy few, not for me, still same issue: impossible to connect. 5 pm CET.
Still impossible to use OUTLOOK LEGACY on MACBOOK PRO. Still no communication from MSF.

I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

For some but not for others. Still at 11:50am EST (DST) still not syncing.
**** Microsoft?????
All, I have been monitoring this post. As of about 10 am Eastern Time, it appears that Microsoft may have resolved the issue. I was able to connect to our server and download all emails via Outlook Legacy. just a warning - depending on the number of emails on your server, it may take a few minutes to fully sync to the "all folders up to date" message on the lower right.
NO APOLOGY, NO COMMUNICATION, BUT ON MY END STILL NO FIX - STILL UNABLE TO USE LEGACY OUTLOOK WITH MY MACBOOK FOR 3 DAYS
I just fired up Legacy Outlook this morning (10:00 a.m. E.S.T.) and it worked for the first time in 60 hours.
Hoping this is a permanent fix. But where is the apology from Microsoft? And a promise they now understand how many of us will leave Microsoft products before we switch to New Outlook for Mac?
