I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Good Morning

    I am trying to log into Hotmail, but due to forgetting my password I am unable to.

    It is asking me to change my password but when I am asking for a code via my mobile text message it is refusing to do this. It says not avaible at this time.

    Can you please assist.

    So, i really don't know how my e-mail get public, like everyone can know about it and try the acess. But this **** get me off in all my devices and trying to not get me the login in my account. How this shi7 happened? How you guy. Can solved my problem? I'm really think bout delete my accout and stop all the assignatures. Really, my accoubt has 23 years old...

    Av någon anledning är mitt hotmail-konto (***@hotmail.com) låst och jag kan inte logga in igen. Jag gick igenom återställningsstegen och tillåter mig fortfarande inte. Vänligen hjälp. Det här är mitt konto och jag kan inte komma in.

    Vänligen skicka inte länken för att återställa mig eftersom det inte fungerar för mig. Mitt mobilnummer är för närvarande inte aktivt eftersom att jag bytt nummer från +***till +***och jag svarade korrekt på frågorna men det fungerar inte. Mitt lösenord har ändrats några gånger under åren. Jag har haft min mail många år och vill gärna ha tillgång till den framöver.

    I cannot access my hotmail account (***@hotmail.com) and no longer have access to the recovery phone number (***) listed.
