I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I can't access my hotmail account to get into my emails u can only respond to me in a txt as can't access my email account

    Hi I can’t log I. To my hotmail account and now it has been locked - I hadn’t been able to send emails for a whim but could still receive them - please help.

    As it is an older account I haven’t set up two factor authentication, I have tried submitting forms with details of my account but that hasn’t worked either - I am really stuck.

    Hi, I have been for more than 2months trying to recover my account, I have changed password 3 times, and I used all verification method, of SMS, authentication, nothing worked out, it doesn't allow me to login.
