I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Please assist.

    I cannot log into my hotmail account that I have had since 1995. The issue began when I bought two new laptops this summer; HP laptop and ROG Zephyrus gaming laptop. I have three Microsoft Accounts: free hotmail, Microsoft 365 that I PAY for, an email 365 account that runs through my business website that I PAY for.

    The issue came when I bought the second new computer and Microsoft 365 wanted to sync everything (all emails, two computers and a my Samsung Galazy Z fold for business.

    Every time I try to log on to HOTMAIL I am rejected and told that "someone in my organization" should give me permission to reset the account. I have talked to my website host, Go Daddy's Email Dept, and they cannot help because my Hotmail account has nothing to do with my business email associated with my website.

    I have a PERSONAL LEGAL MATTER that I am dealing with and I cannot gain access to the emails pertaining to this issue. It is frustrating.

    Please help!

    Tengo mi cuenta desde el año 2003, la cual solo utilizo para recepcionar correos, ya no para enviarlos. Un dia me denego el ingreso y me solicito cambie la contraseña. La cuenta de respaldo corresponde a una cuenta vieja de otra compañia (gmail) que ya no utilizo. Intente cambiarla por otra, llene el formulario de recuperacion en varias ocasiones y hace casi un mes que me informan que me llegara la confirmacion del cambio de contraseña y que supuestamente puedo seguir usando la cuenta mientras tanto, cosa que no ocurrio. Me encuentro esperando respuesta desde la ultima semana de noviembre 2024. No puedo acceder "normalmente" como supuestamente se me informo.

    El bloqueo no fue por intentos denegados de ingresar la contraseña ya que la tengo predeterminada.

    Agradecería se me informe los pasos a seguir para su recupero. Gracias

    I have this new phone and I wanted to set up Outlook. Well, you think I would remember my password. NOT. So i tried to reset it and failed too many times so MS blocked me out, which I can appreciate, so how do it go back into my account?
