I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    This is total ****. I have had this account for 30 plus years. I have important work information that I need now. I have personal information that I need now. I have money information that I need now. How dare you lock me out of my account and leave me in this spot.

    I have spent at least 5 hours following your directions to get in and I cant do it.

    This is not damn game. I have sensitive information that I must have for work. I do not have time to keep trying this over and over.

    This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate.

    I need to access my Hotmail account now or I will be in serious trouble. Why? Because you have locked me out for no reason.

    iNTERESTING. tHE RECOVERY FORM ASKS FOR CONTACT, WHICH i DID and you send a code to the very email address I'm trying to recover, how daft is that!

    this is lee rose. i have a hotmail acct .. ******@hotmail.com.. today is 5 Dec 2023. when i logged in it shifte me to outlook

    i want to retrieve emails from my hotmail acct> they did not transfer to outlook

    Q: is the new email address change from ******@hotmail.com to ******@outlook.com ??

    my other email is ******@gmail.com & phone is 847-420-1521. this is frustrating. i see no instructions on hot transfer info from hotmail to outlook

    I have tried and tried to sign into my old hotmail acct. and I have gone through all of your sign in suggestions and now I am locked out of my old hotmail account. It has been close to a year now. I have opened a new hotmail account but I have info on my old one that I need. PLEASE.
