I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I have bought a new phone, I now cannot get into my email,

    When I do try to get in it goes to my ex phone number,

    I have call the ex asking if he received a code to get me back in, he get nothing.

    The house phone number 780-484-8910 is no longer activity,

    My ex phone number is 780-907-5710

    My number us 780-445-8848

    when I sign in on the computer is show my number, but that is all I get.

    please my accont is locked why .... and i changed my password and u send me too many request why ?? i have everything phone number alternative email i want my email please i have too many emails for my works plz

    and i think blocked becasue i opend email in another country i want help plz
