For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I have an iPhone 14 my Hotmail
Account is not working since September and in had to go to outloo, the emails are not coming in my cele phone, what s going on?
Mijn account is geblokkeerd omwille van een ongebruikelijke aanlogpoging (ik weet niet waarover dit gaat). Ik heb meerdere vragenlijsten (correct) ingevuld maar krijg nog steeds geen toegang tot mijn account.
Mijn laatste mails dateren van 22/10.

I have already fill out the Account Recovery Form, and get a security code to confirm the alternative e-mail since a week. but till now i didn't recive any reply from Microsoft to that mail.

Ever since I bought this new Lenovo computer, I cannot sign in to my ***@hotmail.com account. Message says "We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Service Agreement and have locked your account. I don't know why. I have been sending in that form to unlock it multiple times. I get a message that I will receive an automated email with a ticket number. I don't understand how I can get this message when my account is locked. I'm 83 years old and not computer savvy. All my health providers, along with the VA, have this email address. Please help me. Maybe a phone call or text would work better. Ph: ***
