For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I have recovered my Microsoft account, but I still cannot access my hotmail account using firefox
I filled out a request - I have no idea why it was locked - it said to wait 24 hours and nothing i use this email for everything and need access What else can you do ?
Multiple failed log-n attempts. I was out of country recently and when I returned my email account was frozen as of Oct. 6. I've entered several likely passwords but will not accept them.
