I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I have went through the recommend steps to recover my “jackjoki@hotmail” account but I can’t log in still. Please help me, this is my account. I just haven’t access for a long time but I would like to have it recovered because I am the true owner of it.

    I'm wondering and urgently requesting for mutual attention as I successfully created an used outlook account ******@outlook.com few days ago of which I neither use the account to send any messages or making any interactions but, it's blocked!!!

    I'v tried several ways to unblock but all vain!!!!
