I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Since I purchased a new computer with has the new microsoft software I have been unable to access my hotmail accounts. I keep getting requested to fill in a form and then wait at least 24 hours for help. I am not getting help at all. I am just getting the run around and I need to urgently get into my accounts.

    My account has been locked as a result of multiple failed attempts. I have not been able to log into the account since purchasing this new computer several days ago. I live in country Victoria Australia with little or no access to help. I have completed the Account Recovery Form multiple times.

    Same here nothing i do makes sense to me They locked me out for no reason now they say i tried too many times to log in
