I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I do not know why my account is locked. I tried to order some books for my PhD curse and did not get the correct data. I was unable to proceed and asked for advice, however, by then I had lost the contact. I am really concerned about lack of e-mail as I need to contact the universities for support with my PhD.Please can you resolve this as soon as possible. thank you.

    I have tried on many occasions to rectify this and I am still not able to get access to my account. Can you please resolve this as soon as possible.

    Tuesday, July 23, I was using my hotmail email address and something was up dated on my computer. As a result, it now says that my account is empty and I did not use my login or password.

    I cannot get them to allow me to change my password. The message says I incorrectly entered my password so I am cutoff.
