Good morning,
For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.
Please assist.

Can I not get it back? What do I do?
I had a another hotmail account that I can't sign into even tried using the recovery form asked too many questions that were not associated with my account.
So I created another account so I can a code but never got one.
I would like to get my old account back if I can & i can't even change the password?
when ever I TRY TO GET INTO MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT,THE ERROR REPLY KEEPS COMING UP.
I was switched to outlook. They said my hotmail account was blocked because of activity. I need the information on that account to put in my new account.
I am unable to login to my hotmail account or log in to access any Microsoft help or services.
I suspect that hackers tried "too many attempts" and froze / locked my account. I constantly get this error page:
"Server Error" (white letters on a gray banner) "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." (red letters on white background)"You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied." (black letters on white background)
I want to contact Microsoft by email using my "backup email" (the one that is registered to get the security code, which I already received; changed password successfully but I still get the 401 error page) or by phone in order to verify myself and get back into my account.
Is there a working "support" email address that doesn't bounce?
