I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I have been trying to recover my old hotmail account. I have tried several times. I receive the code with my last 4 digits of my phone number ending in 12. When I am asked to type in the last 4 digits of my phone number plus the number 12 it will not take all 6 digits as there is no space for the 12 digit I was asked to put in there.

    I have made a new hotmail account. Could you please help me recover my old hotmail account.

    I need help , apparently someone was trying to get into my account and failed the password to many times “so Microsoft” was saying.

    I know my password I’ve had same password for years.

    Had to make this email just to write on here.

    My original account email is ******@hotmail.com I need to get into my account as soon as possible I have orders and important things on there.

    I’ve answered all questions but I made the account years ago and can’t rember all the details surely Hotmail should let me in knowing I know my own password.

    The number it’s asking for is an old number that I no longer have access to
