I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    لقد كنت أحاول استرداد حساب هوتميل القديم الخاص بي. لقد حاولت عدة مرات. أتلقى الرمز مع آخر 4 أرقام من رقم هاتفي تنتهي ب 12. عندما يطلب مني كتابة آخر 4 أرقام من رقم هاتفي بالإضافة إلى الرقم 12 ، فلن يستغرق الأمر جميع الأرقام الستة حيث لا توجد مساحة للرقم 12 الذي طلب مني وضعه هناك.

    لقد صنعت حساب هوتميل جديد. هل يمكن أن تساعدني في استعادة حساب هوتميل القديم الخاص بي.

    تمت إزالة عنوان البريد الإلكتروني للخصوصية *** ( حساب قديم )

    هل يمكنك إرسال رمز استرداد إلى حساب Hotmail الجديد الخاص بي من فضلك.

    تم إزاله الحساب وعند تغيير الاسم يكتب انه حساب محجوز

    Hi Leonardo,

    I have exactly the same problem but with my business account, I tried every step possible and s unable to recover it, please help it is my business account which I have facebook account from that now I cannot log into because of my email. Please help.
