For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Hello I have not able log on to my hot mail account to open my email. i have been block how can i be unblock?
I don't know why my account is locked. I have been blocked from my hotmail email or at last three months. I have followed the instructions to reset password et. several times and still no luck.
I have been unable to log into my Hotmail account for some weeks now. One of my folders namely rHODES has details of my flight and accommodation in Rhodes and is quite important please can you help me?
I cannot remember my password as it is quite a few years since I set it up.

I need help with my hotmail/outlook account. I cannot send emails or receive emails at all. I have gone through the security questions, verification codes and my passwords were changed twice. It makes no sense why I can use my account when I have received two messages that I passed all the security. Very frustrating mostly I need it for work and connecting with friends abroad.
Please solve it.
