I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

My hotmail.com has been blocked for months. My saved password will not work and I have been unable to change it.

Hello, I cannot sign into my ******@hotmail.com account! I went through the process of answering many questions and they said they would contact me within 48 hours and I haven’t heard from them in four days! I created a new account ******@outlook.com. I need to resolve this, please contact me ASAP.
