I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Hi Francis,

    Apologies for the late response, hope your doing well.

    mipi is also a normal community forum folk who is experiencing similar issue. She has nothing to do with your account. We are a public community forum so comments like this is very common and is totally safe. Not unless if you will attach any personal identifiable information which will be filtered by Community system admins for security.

    I cannot login to lfinniss@hotmail. Account recovery does not work. I have filled out the forms numerous times.

    Ya, don't expect anyone on here to help you. Hotmail has zero customer service, and zero way to help with this issue. They block your accounts randomly (using AI that suspects anything to be suspicious) and have no way to recorver it, no live person to talk to and the automated system doesn't work for s#$*. I got locked out just because I moved to a different country and they deemed that suspicous and now, no one is willing to help and I have no way of getting back in my account to verify important personal information.
