I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Hi MS,

    I have tried to log into my hotmail account, but it is locked/blocked, because of too many wrong password attempts. I originally did not do this, but someone may have tried to do this and now believe they may have access to my Hotmail account.

    I hope this can be fixed soon as they have started doing negative things with this access.

    I believe who got access to this account used it to hack my Facebook account as it was one of the accounts associated with my Facebook account.

    hello. i am also locked out of my hotmail account, and have been for 6 weeks!! Ive filled out the form multiple times, and have answered extensively, and still getting rejected. this has been my primary email for two decades. extremely frustrating. i also try to reset to get the code sent to my phone, but i get a message saying "this feature isnt working now"

    my temp contact email is "******@gm...l.com"

    Hello,

    My Hotmail account was locked for no reason and I have tried numerous times to get it recovered, but have been told (by the bott) that there wasn't enough information for the recovery.

    I have my Apple ID tied to this account and want to be able to have access to it. It would be beneficial if Microsoft had actual agents who would answer the phone and help the public out.

    Please advise how I can get this unlocked.

    I have the same issue for my personal account and need it unlocked asap. I now answer to this post using my work e-mail.

    Please get in contact with me so that I can provide the necessary details. I have tried recovery multiple times and it is not working.

    Ik probeer gewoon thuis in te loggen en heb mijn wachtwoord NIET verkeerd ingevuld. Hij blijft maar melden dat er verdachte handelingen zijn.

    Vraag ik een code aan en die komt niet, Als ik de vragen zo goed mogelijk beantwoord, lukt het nog niet.

    Behoorlijk waardeloos dus want ik kan niet meer in de mail komen en er is geen mogelijkheid om verder te komen.
