I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I cannot access my hotmail account, ******@hotmail.com I have been asked to reset my password 3 times , I have done so but still cannot acces my email . please advise.

    Thanks for your post I am pleased that I am not the only one who is having problems. I had no problems until the new microsoft software came out. My old computer worked fine, but this new one I am unable to get into my emails.

    Same here nothing i do makes sense to me They locked me out for no reason now they say i tried too many times to log in

    My account has been locked as a result of multiple failed attempts. I have not been able to log into the account since purchasing this new computer several days ago. I live in country Victoria Australia with little or no access to help. I have completed the Account Recovery Form multiple times.
