For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Ya, don't expect anyone on here to help you. Hotmail has zero customer service, and zero way to help with this issue. They block your accounts randomly (using AI that suspects anything to be suspicious) and have no way to recorver it, no live person to talk to and the automated system doesn't work for s#$*. I got locked out just because I moved to a different country and they deemed that suspicous and now, no one is willing to help and I have no way of getting back in my account to verify important personal information.

I also have the same issue as you've mentioned at the top. I tried submitting the form several times with the most accurate answer to the best of my memory. But it keeps refusing to accept and still my account is blocked.
I just want to know, did you succeed in recovering your Hotmail account by any chance?
