I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    hello. i am also locked out of my hotmail account, and have been for 6 weeks!! Ive filled out the form multiple times, and have answered extensively, and still getting rejected. this has been my primary email for two decades. extremely frustrating. i also try to reset to get the code sent to my phone, but i get a message saying "this feature isnt working now"

    my temp contact email is "******@gm...l.com"

    Hi MS,

    I have tried to log into my hotmail account, but it is locked/blocked, because of too many wrong password attempts. I originally did not do this, but someone may have tried to do this and now believe they may have access to my Hotmail account.

    I hope this can be fixed soon as they have started doing negative things with this access.

    I believe who got access to this account used it to hack my Facebook account as it was one of the accounts associated with my Facebook account.

    My account was compromised!! Please do not authorize any password changes! I am in the united states and don't plan on leaving the country anytime soon! The FBI and FCC is actively monitoring my account for illegal activities!

    My problem is that when changing to a new computer, and attempting to wipe my personal information off the old one I seem to have deleted my hotmail account. When trying to log in, it tells me that my account does not exist.

    The last time that I managed to log in was on the 5th of this month.

    I have increasing problems to log into my Outlook email account at ******@live.de
    After my last shut down of my laptop due to storage problems to clean it up again, my last files / links with outlook login parameters got lost. I try manual log in with email address and password, what guides me to a second security level, where I confirm my reserve email at ******@t-onine.de, what is still active used. Just now I suddenly received the sent code number for writing tis letter. All other times before never I received such promised code number in my reserve email account of t-online.de.
    The long time working alternative way to send a SMS to the given landline of Telekom Germany resulted in an immediate call, where a coputer voich told me that security number and I could log into my email account of ******@live.de.
    This Telekom service stopped working and I feel lost about all that security nonsense.
    Meanwhile I have a Smart phone under following number: 015751446031, if you connect your security check with this phone, an autometic call will go to it with an pop up of a confirmation request. If I confirm it, a signal will be sent back an allows me to pass your security check. Can you help me this way? Until then I must communicate with a new email, despite I would like to keep my old ones at microsoft. Best regards - Jürgen Schröder, Jena/Germany
