I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Sign in is failing for many hotmail users, but it's unlikely anyone here will acknowledge that. You will just

keep getting copy and paste answers as if you'd actually forgotten your password.

Hi

I cant access to my Hotmail account, it keeps giving me a message that my credentials are at risk. If i reset my password it is using my old number that I have no longer access to.

I have tried all avenues but cant access. I have important and urgent messages in there.

Please help
