For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Sorry, It's been weeks. I just realized someone replied.
I kinda gave up on geting help.
The reason I've been locked out is probably because I tried to log in too many times.
I suspect I mistyped my password the first time and when I got the message WRONG PASSWORD, I tried other passwords I use on different accounts. After a few time I got locked out. I understand it's a security reason.
But the automated recovery system doesn't work for me. They ask things it's impossible to remember.
I opened that email account decades ago. I don't remember some details. Using my iphone, I did not have to remember any of that for a long time.
That hotmail account was not my primary account. I'm using mostly a gmail account for my contacts.
I kept that Hotmail account for contacts with businesses.
A LARGE NUMBER of account are linked to that email. So I was receiving lots of email from different companies, but i was rarely sending personal emails to friends and family.
Now, I can't access many of my accounts cause they want to send codes and stuff in a account I can't sign in anymore.
I know it's not your fault but a robot can only help a certain percentage of situation. Lots of people falls into cracks. with no resources.
Who can talk to a customer and help for real?
Yes that is correct, I am not able to login into either on of my hotmail accounts.

I am not able to open two of my email accounts and need some help please.
One email address is ******@hotmail.com which I have used a bit and the second on is ******@hotmail.com which I have never used!
I keep getting told to verify my email address, however, when I give the details I don't get anywhere.
I filled out the recovery form but keep getting told that I need to give more information and I don't have any more information to offer.
The lindydownunder email address I have never used so I do not have any information to supply.
How can I get both of these emails working please?
