I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Hello Leonard, I got locked out of my very old hotmail account.I swear I am the original owner of that account and have not been using it for over 9 years.  And I lost the password.  The automatic account recovery system does not work because due to being inactive for so long, the form rejected me. This recovery system is ridiculous.Please contact me at this email I submitted and I will provide email name.Thank you!

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I created my ******@hotmail.com Email over 20 years ago and have been using it since. A few months ago - out of blue - it locked me out. The back-up phone number is an old number, I don't have it, as also don't have access to my back-up yahoo email anymore - as I never had similar issues, so I didn't think of updating my account information.

I am registered with this Email address to my national insurance company, payroll, online tax company and a number of other very important platforms. I have my Facebook account assigned to this Email, as also my ZOLEO App account and Viber account I use with my hotmail email address. I submitted the recovery form countless times - unsuccessful. I NEED HELP, PLEASE!

I cannot even deactivate paid online profiles ( e.g. the eharmony website is keep billing me, because I cannot cancel my account without accessing my hotmail email address. Awaiting for your kind feedback! Thank you, Nora Marton

This is ridiculous. Has anyone had any luck getting into their hotmail? I have important emails I am trying to find and cannot get into this account. Also found out one of my old email accounts (a yahoo) deleted EVERYTHING on my email. There is nothing in there at all like a brand new account. WTH is going on with emails lately? Shouldnt matter how often we use it- its our account!!!
